Find the Therapies That Are Right for You
At 5D WELLNESS, we offer a variety of therapies, all of which are designed to improve your well-being. If you desire to experience the full 5D difference, we recommend utilizing the services in this order for the best outcome.
- Bioacoustic crystal mat
- Salt therapy for 10 minutes while the sauna is heating up. We do not recommend using salt therapy while actively sweating, as it will cause you to have a layer of salt on your skin, which should not go into the cold plunges.
- Infrared Sauna 30-40 minutes
- Red Light Therapy: 5-10 minutes
- Cold Plunge: Follow appropriate protocol for experience level
- Naturally warm up!
